To our group, dedicated to Canon Users and Lovers. We are primarily an EOS SLR/DSLR group, but we understand that not everyone chooses an SLR, so if you are a bridge user or even a compact user, feel free to join us. Rules and Guidelines will come as they are needed, so watch this space. Rules and Guidelines -Canons only, be it Compact, Bridge, SLR or DSLR. + That means NO Nikons, NO Pentaxes, NO Fuji's etc etc. -My word is law. If your submission is rejected, it means the quality is not high enough. Please do not argue with me. -On that note, we will not reject any deviations through personal opinion. (I.E; if we have a personal dislike for flower photography, your submission will not be rejected. But...) -Reasons for rejection may be: + Poor composition + Under exposure + Over exposure + Poor focus + No exif data (Camera details - how would we know it's a Canon?) + General poor quality + Check the category. Only images of the highest quality belong in featured and we will decide this- DO NOT SUBMIT TO FEATURED + Also please avoid submitting images which are all that similar to each other. Please pick the one you consider the best and submit that. -There is a submission limit of five deviations a week. If you reach this limit, please just wait until next week =] -We have subject specific galleries. Please submit to the correct gallery! +Submissions to the Featured gallery will be rejected without hesitation; wait until the beginning of the month if you want it in there. -While we have said that nothing would be rejected on personal preference, we do not feel horror/gore images are necessarily suitable for this gallery. Therefore, they may be rejected. -While we appreciate the artistic merit of photomanipulation, we are not a photoManip. group. We certainly don't mind a bit of tweaking and playing in Photoshop, but we don't encourage photomanipulations. --- And take a look at Komplex's site - www.komplexdelyrium.com |
